In July 2024, RedLine Home Repair was commissioned by the owner of Penningroth Apts., a series of multi-unit apartment complexes in Iowa City for the second time. We were tasked with undertaking an expansive project, preparing the apartments for Hawkeye move-in week at the University of Iowa. Our comprehensive task list included door installation, drywall repair, and enhancing the security of each unit with keypad door locks. Additionally, RedLine Home Repair also replaced flooring in a bathroom and installed new backsplashes for several units. Our diverse provision of Handyman Services ensures these apartments are not just comfortable but also secure for incoming tenants.
